Purpose : To do Grinding of face Grinding , OD Grinding and angle grinding from 1 to 90 degree
Specifications :
Two drilling heads each consists of four drills
One Drilling head is fix and another is movable to accommodate different length of wooden plates
Spindle Drive: Four drills move at a time with chain and sprocket with Induction motor, RPM : 1500
Same for both Drilling head
Vertical movement : With LM Guide and Pneumatic cylinder controlled with end limit switches
Controller: With relay logic and timer
Wooden plates from Length 700 mm to 1200 mm can be accommodated
